Helping Kids Learn Golf Through Technology

Today, my golf coach offered me the chance to volunteer at our school’s summer indoor golf camp. My role was to supervise a group of elementary school students, making sure that they followed the drills assigned by the coach, took turns hitting balls, and taught them golf terms related to the simulator, such as APEX, Launch Angle and etc. Unlike the driving range or chipping area, the indoor golf camp offered very different experience for them. It was cool to see how quickly the little kids engaged with the technology. I truly believe that the numbers provided by the simulator help kids or any beginners understand the game better.
